		<description>Awesome report, Ced! I do hope to get to Mali one day as I said on Thorn Tree, but Rwanda is actually vying for top spot for the next African nation. Mali is dependent on if my friend who really wants to go can line up a time with me. But it's either Rwanda or Sudan if I go alone. Did you spend much time in Rwanda other than Kigali and seeing the gorillas? It's supposedly quite beautiful.

The gorilla trekking sounds amazing and so so scary. I've been on the fence with safaris (various reasons) but for some reason, paying an even higher price to see the gorillas hasn't fazed me too much. Thanks so much for sharing your experience--and I hope I don't get a repeat! I definitely hope for something more tranquil :).</description>
